Yes. After registration, a 7-day trial period starts. Even during the trial period, the regular subscription can be started at any time.
What happens if I pay during the trial period?
The system sets the family to an active subscription, and there is no need to wait for the end of the trial period.
Can I pay with a bank card?
Yes, a secure bank card payment can be started on the parent interface.
Can it be canceled at any time?
Yes, the subscription is managed on the administrative side. The goal is flexible, family-friendly operation.
Which package should I choose?
We recommend the Family package for most families. If there is only one child, Basic may be enough. Premium is more comfortable for a larger family.
Does it prevent you from turning off the VPN?
As a webapp, you can't fully enforce it. On Android, it is recommended to disable Always-on VPN and connections without VPN. FamilyZone notifies you when protection is offline.
